Training Camps and Skills Development for Jr Hawk Players
The Portland Jr. Hawks working in conjunction with Valley Ice Arena, Mt. View Ice Arena, and Sherwood Ice Arena always have something available to improve your hockey skills. Local camps and training sessions are offered by our local rinks year round and built for all levels. Initiation Programs
Initiation Programs (IP or Intro to Hockey) are offered at Valley Ice Arena Mt. View Ice Arena, and Sherwood Ice Arena for beginning hockey players. Full gear is required to participate. IP programs focus on the basic fundamentals of skating, passing, shooting, stick and puck handling skills.
